Our Corporate Law department focuses in providing our clients with all the services that are necessary for the daily operations of the company. These services include the formation and incorporation of entities and maintaining their corporate records, analyzing tax efficient structures, drafting corporate contracts such as shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements and joint ventures, as well as advising on labor law issues of its personnel and any other issues related to the day-to-day operations of the company. Our Corporate Law department has also represented a number of private funds in their formation and operations including a number of venture capital and private equity transactions. Our firm also has an accounting department responsible for keeping the financial books and records of the companies we represent.
